Holding back will keep you in a stagnant energy.

Which is hard to get out of once you´re in it.

Finding your own way can be hard.

 

Guiding people into tapping into their sensations and feelings can take some time.

Although, once that source is open – the magic of energy flowing freely is so refreshing.

Experiencing that profound flow through you is like being in the sea.

Feeling the waves carry you, cradle you, hold you

and caress you.

Being in the water is abundance in itself.


Being able to let yourself go into the free flow of streams underneath you.

That is the ultimate power of trust.

Letting yourself be held by the unexpected.

Learning to let go can be a lifetime process.

Just as you think that you have learned it and mastered it,

you might be tested over and over again …



What will keep you grounded is your faith in knowing that, this time, you do not have to start all over again.

Knowing that your faith will keep you alert and afloat when needed.

Trusting the process of letting go will give you the power and space to open up to new beginnings.

Believing in yourself can be the hardest thing you will ever do.

In a world where everything seems to be so superficial, one can ask;


What is real?

What is it really, that means anything?


How can my being and doing create something of substance,

if we are judged on the latest instagram post?


How can we learn to relate to each other,

if we do not even know who we are ourselves?

 

What is it, that is honestly worth it?

What is worth what?

What is it that genuinely matters?

 

It is important to ask yourself these questions once in a while.

Especially if you find yourself stuck in a rut or if you need guidance.

 

What is it that your truly want?

What matters to you the most?

 

After contemplating on the above, ask yourself;

If I did get the things that I wanted;

 How would I feel?

Would the new jacket, job or partner make me feel better?

Why do I need them to feel better?

What is the root of the turbulence?

 

Retrospection is a great way of finding out what actually matters.

 

How can you dig deep, if you are not able to retreat?

Do you even know, when you need to pull the plug & leave?

Leave for a while.

Just a little while.

To think.

To adjust.

To get clarity.

 

We all need that in one aspect or another.

It is important to do a mental clearing just as it is to do a daily cleansing of the body by showering and brushing your teeth.

If the mental cleaning isn´t so frequent, it can result in bottlenecks that can eventually burst.

In order to prevent that, I would suggest you to find your own path to peace.

A way that works for you.

We all need a moment or five for ourselves.

Imagine if you could wake-up every day – Grateful.


Grateful for being alive.

Grateful for being healthy.

Grateful for being able to have yet another day on this beautiful earth.

 

Attitude of Gratitude is a well-known practice that enhances clarity of mind and overall wellbeing.

How that attitude looks to you – is up to you to decide.

What I am hinting to is, start today.

 

Your practice will help to serve you, even in the toughest times.

A practice where you dedicate time for yourself to hounour yourself.
